1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and use the aa77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. aa77 conducts mandatory KYC verification on all Accounts and will close any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 without notice, and any balance will be forfeited.

aa77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (National Identity Card, passport, or utility bill) to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.

Only one Account per individual is permitted. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your aa77 Account. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential and must not disclose them to any other person for any reason.

aa77 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Enabling 2FA does not transfer responsibility for Account security from you to aa77; it is an additional layer of protection you are encouraged to use.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify aa77 immediately by contacting our support team. aa77 will investigate promptly; however, aa77 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

aa77 may, at its reasonable discretion, suspend or permanently close an Account in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Receipt of a legally binding instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

If aa77 closes your Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified cash balance in the Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on aa77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aa77 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed in the aa77 cashier.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. General conditions that apply to all aa77 bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to verified Account holders who have completed KYC.
• Each promotion is limited to one per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aa77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or collect data in a manner not permitted by aa77.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — you must notify aa77 immediately if you discover such an error; continuing to exploit it constitutes a breach of these terms.

aa77 employs automated monitoring tools and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Investigations may be conducted without prior notice to the Account holder. Decisions made following an investigation are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the aa77 Platform — including but not limited to the aa77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of aa77 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aa77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from aa77.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

aa77's total liability to you in connection with any single claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits aa77's liability for death or personal injury caused by aa77's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Disputes

In the event of a dispute between you and aa77, the following process applies:
